ErgoVie is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients. Occupational therapy is considered an essential healthcare service by the Quebec government, therefore we continue to offer in-person and safe care throughout the pandemic.
ErgoVie is proud to offer telehealth services for those who prefer virtual care.
We follow all guidelines produced by the public health authorities of Canada and Québec. For in-person sessions our therapists wear the following personal protective equipment (PPE):
- Mask – KN95 or N95
- Face shield or protective glasses
Before an in-person session, clients will be asked screening questions in compliance with the requirements of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec.
